it's my mother's birthday... she had a party at home... we had lots of guests... i met many family friends... as what always happens, i was with the kids that time... i was playing and taking pictures with them... all of us were happy that time...
i gave my mother Ferrero chocolates again just like during her last birthday... actually that's her favorite chocolate that's why i gave her that... my thanked me and i was touched... a simple gift made us happy and contented... it's really the thought that counts...
it was late at night when some of our guests left... all of us really had a nice time together...

the UPCAT
at last, UPCAT was over...
my schedule for the UPCAT was august 3, at 12:30 in the afternoon... i took the exam in camerino elementary school... i was with ervin, ian and brian...
i was somewhat pressured with this admission test... there were many aspirants like me... all of us are hoping to pass this exam...
during the day of the UPCAT, i was not feeling well... i was experiencing chest pain that time... before going to the venue, i bought marshmallows and chocolate bars... my companions also bought the foods they will bring to the venue...
when we arrived at camerino elementary school, we lots of students there... we still waited for a while because those who took the exam in the morning were not yet done with the test...
inside the hall where the exam is given, the left-handed students were isolated on the right side... actually i was one of them... that's why i was not able to seat beside my friends...
the exam was a tough one, i could say... it lasted for more than 5 hours i guess... after taking the exam we all felt tired...
that day was really very tiring for all of us...

1 week of review
most of us will be taking the UPCAT... we had a review in preparation for this...
we spent 1 week in reviewing for the UPCAT... our section was with the iv-hydrogen... we reviewed many topics... we even had an exercise in chemistry which we really enjoyed... that was a cool activity...
our former teachers also taught us during the reveiw... they gave us lots of answer sheets... all of us were just having fun while learning...
we were somewhat pressured for the coming UPCAT... before we had our UPCAT our mominess gave each one of us a piece of flat tops... they said that's a lucky charm for us... flat tops is one of the favorites of the LataX...

swimming at watercamp
july 27
after going to the church we proceeded to watercamp in kawit, cavite... we had our family outing... some family friends were also with us... as usual i was with the kids... i always go with them that's why sometimes i think i'm getting childish...
we arrived there probably at 1 in the afternoon... we first had our lunch... actually i ate a lot that time... i really enjoyed eating the foods they prepared...
finally, i went on swimming after resting for a while... it was raining that time... i realized that it's good to go on swimming on rainy days... you would not have any sunburn...
it was already 9pm when we arrived home... we were all very tired that time... but we enjoyed...

july 26
i and my family went to tagaytay... the weather was not fine that day... we first went to picnic groove... there were many tourists that time... our family took pictures together...
suddenly it rained so we left the cottage hurriedly so we won't get wet... when the rain stopped, we decided to have horseback riding... unfortunately it rained again that's why we were not able to finish the horseback riding...
we just stayed in the car while it's raining... we had our snack while it was raining so hard... when we were about to leave, i bought some souvenir stuffs for my friends...

i was still online until dawn... that time i was still chatting with my classmates, hannah and marco... we started since the night of july 18... we have not stopped chatting because the two of them keep on asking me lots of questions... they were intriguing me that time, specially marco...
i was forced to answer the questions they were asking me just to end up the interrogation and i still have to wake up early to go to the church...

it's clariz's birthday... she's one of my bestfriends... we were classmates during our first and second year in high school...
on the first day of school, we were seatmates because our seating arrangement was arranged alphabetically... i was surprised when she first talked to me because i did not remember that we met each other during the orientation for the freshmen... at first i was annoyed by her because she always scolded me... she said that i was very slow... but i admit that's true...
i did not know that we would be bestfriends because i was annoyed by her before... but there are times when friendship starts in a different way...
it's clariz's birthday... she's one of my bestfriends... we were classmates during our first and second year in high school...

it was the day when i lost the ring my bestfriends (THRULAC) gave me when we were in 2nd year... actually all of them have lost their rings already... i was really sad because that has a sentimental value... i lost it after we had our flag retreat in school... i tried hard to find it but unfortunately, i failed...
when i got home, i started texting some of my friends... it was the time i really enjoyed texting after awhile...

my father left again... as what always happens... he went back to Dubai to work there... it's so sad because i was in school when he left... but it's the usual scenario ever since i was a child...
before when i was still 4 years old i think, my father arrived from abroad... that time i could not remember that he was my father... actually, i do not talk to him that time... i even broke the toy he has given me... it has really been a hard time for him to make me recognize him as my father... it's quite funny but it's true... my mother told me before that whenever i learn that my father was the one who prepared my milk, i would not drink that anymore... i wonder why i did such thing before...
i could not really remember that i have done those things... now, i won't be doing those things anymore... 'cause i have grown up... and i love my father so much...

i really love the moments that had happened to me this july...
my tita, together with her family, arrived from France... it has been 5 years before they last visited us... my three cousins grew up in Paris... the eldest is fiona mae, she's now 11 years old... the next is ludovic who is turning 10... and the youngest is named, mathilde... she's just 8 months... i really love her eyes... her iris are color gray... it was really stange yet amazing...
the two kids were fluent in french obviously... during their first day at home, they do not really talk to us... they were just staring at us... it was very hard to talk to them because we still needed a translator since they just know few filipino words...
i felt like my nose will bleed whenever i hear them speak french... it was really hard to understand what they were talking about... my cousins were close to me... in fact, we were always together... we were sleeping on one bed though it's hard for us to move... i asked them to teach me some french words... they taught me how to count in french... we were having some french lessons before we go to sleep...
mathilde, the youngest among my cousin, was also close to me... we were also having bonding moments together... actually, everyday i was very excited to go home to see her... i was the one feeding her every dinner... it's really fun to be with her... she was very tame and jolly... she always gives me a smile whenever she sees me... that made me feel relaxed after a tiring day in school...

it's the birthday of Jasper... my longest ever classmate... we have been classmates for 10 years now... we're classmates since grade 1... actually whenever we are having the enrolment in school, his name is the one i always look for... it's because we have been classmates for a long time... maybe he doesn't know about it but it's true... having him as a classmate for 10 consecutive years is not boring because he is really funny and is cool to be with...
he asked me to go to his birthday party, but unfortunately, i was not able to go... i was really sad for that... it was the second time that i did not attend his party... the first time was when we were in grade 6... i was not able to attend his birthday parties for the same reasons...
i would make up for that... before he leaves...

i'm a loyal filipino club member... now it's my fourth year being a member of this club... actually there's a reason why i became a filipino club member...
when we were in first year, we were asked to choose the club we want to join... we were asked alphabetically... there were just three of us who were left... I, clariz and alyssa... there were no more slots left for us except the slot for the filipino club... so we decided to join that club... we did not have regrets for joining this club because it's really fun to be a filipino club member...
we are really filipino club members until the end...
now we are the ate and kuya to lead this club... i hope there would also be loyal filipino club members who would love this club the way we do...

it's the first day of our last high school year... now we're already SENIORS... being a senior student was quite different... now we're the ate and kuya in school...
we met the freshmen... when i saw them, i remembered the first day of school last june 2005... that time i was a stranger in school... everything was new to me...
on that moment,i realized that years have passed and now i'm on my last year as a high school student... before i was a stranger but now i'm not...
i'm sure this school year would be fun and would be full of unforgettable memories just like the years that had passed...
